Shipping Policy
Our Shipping Policy is simple!  Once an order is received we immediately work at getting product out. Your order is shipped promptly often times leaving our warehouse within 48 hours.  All orders are shipped via USPS or Fedex trackable methods.   If a product is backordered for any reason we will contact you via email or phone to inform you of the back order and duration.  Often times backorders are shipped within 2 weeks if approved by the customer. During peak seasons Christmas and summer months shipping times may be increased due to in-house volume and even shipping companies volume.
What happens if you do not receive your item? 
If your shipment hasn't been received it is imperative that you check your tracking number provided with the shipment.  If it shows that it was indeed delivered it is advised that you contact the shipping company.

***We are not responsible for shipments where the customer provided us with the wrong mailing address or incomplete mailing addresses.  
Refusal of Delivery:
If you refuse delivery of any order that you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. In the event that this happens management will refund you cost of goods, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Policy

Our Return Policy is first class.  We go above and beyond most local and mainstream brands.  Our policy lasts a period of 30 days!  If you are unhappy with your purchase you are eligible to return the product for an exchange, credit or refund!  

If the period of 30 days from the date of the item being shipped lapses, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange!

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.  Items must be in their original packaging.  

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines cannot be returned. 

To complete the return we will require a receipt or proof of purchase!

There may be certain situations where partial refunds are granted if applicable.  Any item that is returned not in the original condition (i.e. Damaged/Stained/Incomplete etc.) or for any reasons not due to our error.  Or any item returned after the return policy if granted by Lobo Performance Gears management.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the return is received and inspected by staff, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.  This email will serve as an official notice of approval or rejection of your return/refund!

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you feel that you have not recieved your refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company.  Often times it can take a billing cycle for refunds to show up on a credit card, and with a bank up to 72 hours as there is often times some processing time before a refund is posted.

Once Returns are received, it may take up to 72 hours in processing time.  
It is highly advised that when shipping back your return to Lobo Performance gear that you utilize a method that is trackable. We can not guarantee that items shipped without tracking will be received.  This is why it is imperative that trackable shipping methods are utilized.  USPS is a great option!
